As with nearly all early apples, Ambassy is only marketed at the beginning of the season. Ambassy is a variant of the well-known Delbarestivale. Which again is a cross between Stark Jongrimes and Golden Delicious from the 50’s.

Especially in late summer, it delights connoisseurs with its fresh, juicy taste and typical aroma. It’s sweeter than sour. And tastes lingeringly mild. As an early apple, it is particularly suitable for fresh consumption, but also for salads and raw vegetables.
