The Kanzi® is a premium apple, a cross between Gala and Braeburn. It has a medium sized fruit, a smooth skin and a firm, crunchy, juicy flesh. It has a balanced sugar-acid Ratio.
The name of the variety is Nicoter, Kanzi® is the brand name. Since 2006 it has been marketed worldwide as a brand apple.
